This endpoint can be used to assign a manifest number to a planning manifest generated through Maven Inbound Planning. As a part of the Inbound Planning integration, Maven will send back return events of planner-created manifests which contain an internal identifier for the plan: 'mavenRouteInstanceId'. This identifier can be specified alongside a TMS-generated manifest number, for the purposes of keeping track of dispatched manifests.
